This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Cozy Comfort Co. are produced, shipped, and delivered.
Order Production
All Cozy Comfort Co. blankets are made to order.
Orders typically enter production after the 6-hour cancellation window has passed. Production generally takes 2–4 business days.
Once production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.
Shipping Timeline
Shipping timelines begin after production is complete.
United States Shipping
Shipping cost: Free
Transit time: Typically 3–5 business days
Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS or DHL, depending on destination and service availability
International Shipping
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
Transit time: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs duties required by their country. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery & Responsibility
An order is considered delivered once it is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Cozy Comfort Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact Cozy Comfort Co. within 30 days of the delivery date.
A carrier investigation or claim may be required. If the carrier confirms the shipment was lost, one replacement will be issued. Refunds are not provided for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent. Cozy Comfort Co. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
