Ordering & Production

How long does it take to make my blanket? +

All woven blankets are made to order.

  • Production: Typically 2–4 business days
  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships

Orders typically enter production after the 6-hour cancellation window has passed.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

Orders may be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase, before production begins.

After this window, production will have started and we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.

I made a mistake on my personalized details. Can it be fixed? +

If you contact us within the 6-hour window, we can update your personalization if production hasn’t begun.

Once production starts, personalization details cannot be changed, so please double-check all names, dates, and text before completing checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? +

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

How long does shipping take? +

Shipping timelines begin after production is complete:

  • U.S. Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after production
  • International Shipping: Typically 7–15 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing
Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes. U.S. domestic shipping is free.

How much is international shipping, and are there duties or taxes? +

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any import fees, VAT, or customs duties required by their country.

How can I track my order? +

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your blanket ships.

Returns, Replacements & Quality

Can I return my blanket? +

Because every blanket is made to order, blankets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except if they arrive damaged or defective.

Are personalized blankets returnable? +

Personalized blankets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except if they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my blanket arrives damaged or defective? +

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email info@cozycomfortco.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. Once approved, customers may choose either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Personalization

How precise is the personalization process? +

Your blanket will be produced exactly as you submit your personalization details. Please carefully review all names, dates, and text before placing your order.

Can I change personalization after my order is placed? +

Personalization changes are only possible within the 6-hour order change window, before production begins. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Woven blankets will become softer over time and will not fade.
