Cozy Comfort Co. Cancellation Policy

At Cozy Comfort Co., every blanket is crafted one at a time—woven to order just for you. Because of this made-to-order process, we begin production shortly after your purchase is placed. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, your blanket will already be in production and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Personalized Items

For blankets featuring custom names, dates, or other personalization, please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order.
Once production begins, personalized pieces cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective in any way:

  • Please contact us at info@CozyComfortCo.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a brief description.

  • We will happily repair, remake, or replace the item at no cost to you.
