This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are available for orders placed with Cozy Comfort Co.
Made-to-Order Products
All Cozy Comfort Co. blankets are made to order.
Because items are produced specifically for each customer after purchase, returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order items, including both personalized and non-personalized blankets, except in cases of damage or defect.
Personalized Items
Blankets that include custom names, dates, photos, or other customer-submitted content are considered personalized.
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except if the item arrives damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before completing their order. Items are produced exactly as submitted at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for either a replacement or a refund, at your choice.
To report a damaged or defective item, customers must contact Cozy Comfort Co. within 30 days of delivery and provide the order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Once approved, customers may choose a replacement at no additional cost or a refund issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping-Related Issues
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier following a delivery investigation, one replacement will be issued.
Refunds are not provided for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Shipping-related issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, provided production has not begun.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Store credit is not offered in place of refunds.
